**Responsibilities will include:**
+ Responsible for service delivery of the following areas: Server Support, Messaging, Storage, Data Backup, Database Support, Network, Monitoring, Telephony and Disaster Recovery
+ Identifies potential areas where existing policies and procedures require change, or where new ones need to be developed
+ Provides technical leadership and direction, reviews architecture, engineering, design and recommends change and improvement where needed and required supporting the teams and our clients satisfaction goals
+ Coordinates with suppliers and other groups in designing, planning, installing, reconfiguring and upgrading enterprise technology environment.
+ Establishes relevant policies and procedures as they pertain to infrastructure support and identifies potential areas where existing policies and procedures require change
+ Oversees and contributes to the design and delivery of reliable, serviceable, and sustainable business and technical solutions
+ Works with Director of Director of Enterprise Technology to develop and prepare strategic plans.
+ Define and track service metrics, SLAs, monitoring and accurate reporting
+ Ensures change control, remediation and system auditing meets compliance and security requirements
**Qualifications**
+ Bachelors degree in a related field is required
+ Financial and/or Mortgage industry expertise is desirable but not required.
+ 10 years of experience in information technology infrastructure outsourcing, off-shoring, managed services or professional/consulting services with enterprise customers
+ Experience in a managed services with the following support areas: Server Support, Messaging, Storage, Data Backup, Database Support, Network, Monitoring, Telephony and Disaster Recovery
+ Experience with global service delivery models
+ Ability to effectively communicate both orally and in writing to technical and non-technical audiences at all levels in an organization
+ Strong knowledge of IT processes and disciplines
+ Proficient in project and program management tools
+ Strong Infrastructure technical acumen with delivery/transition management experience.
+ Strong knowledge of infrastructure operations, controls and standards
+ Deep knowledge of Data Center, Cloud, Citirx, VMWare and other infrastructure-related technologies.
+ Ability to operate and deliver independently without significant oversight.
+ Ability to apply business management, financial concepts & contracts knowledge to analyze business needs and develop recommendations
+ Ability to understand & analyze an issue or problem to develop & implement a corrective action plan
+ Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously in a high-pressure environment.
+ Applies appropriate knowledge and methods to resolve very complex business issues
+ Leadership ability to build & manage a cross cultural, cross tower, cross business team for effective & efficient customer support
