This role is to work in Investment Bank Technology as an expert Scrum-master and Application Developer Lead , based in Mumbai, to work on exciting platform build. Candidates will be expected to possess strong leadership skills in capacity of Agile Scrum-master, as well as proven track record of delivery in application delivery with technical skills in core java and a RDBMS.
The day to day activities of the role will encompass the full project lifecycle, including:
* Act as Scrum master for a Mumbai based scrum team thereby removing team’s impediment and guiding the team on story splitting, story sizing, preparing burn-up charts & release plans. The individual should be an expert at driving all scrum ceremonies.
* Understand Business problems and provide innovative solutions that are simple and maintainable.
* Produce scalable and resilient technical designs.
Essential:
* Experience as Agile Scrum-master for minimum 2 years
* Experience at conflict management.
* Excellent written & verbal communication.
* Excellent Core Java with Java 7 or Java 8
* Core Spring; Hibernate; JMS
* RestFul Web services
* RDBMS experience preferably Oracle, Sybase ASE or MSSQL including stored procedures
* Minimum 10 years of experience in java development.
Desirable (but not essential):
* UNIX shell scripting (1 year )
* Jenkins
* Maven
