**If you are our CRM Technical Lead in Bangalore/India, you will have a chance to**

+ Be the member of Digital Customer Experience Solutions Team

+ Design, develop, and delivery high-performance and scalable CRM systems

+ Work as a team leader is preferred though this is a senior individual contributor role

+ Communicate technical concepts to team lead and other team members

+ Estimate and manage personal and team work load

+ Work with cross-cultural and cross-organizational, distributed and remote teams across time zones.

**Are you a high-performer? We are looking for an individual with:**

+ Education: A Bachelor in Computer Science or equivalent

+ Total of 7~10 years of experience in IT software development

+ Should have at least 5 years of working experience in Development skills in MS Dynamics CRM (2013 & 2015) and related tools - .NET, JavaScript, SQL Server, SharePoint, and Web Services.

+ Excellent understanding of 2-tier and 3-tier architectures, 4GL languages, RDBMS

+ Strong knowledge of MS CRM development/customization including workflows, plugins, integrations etc.

+ Excellent, understanding of MS CRM architecture and its interaction with other interfaced systems in the client environment

+ Understands and is able to articulate best practices related to application enhancements/customizations, integration with other applications

+ Experience integrating with CRM or ERP systems (preferably SAP, Salesforce.com, and Microsoft Dynamics etc.)

+ Experience with SOA architecture, SAAS models and Web Services (REST and SOAP)

+ Understanding of OAuth, client SSL, SSO and SAML

+ Ability to effectively document specifications
