The CFN Case Management Product team is going through the Delivery Transformation journey in 2015. As part of this transformation, an employee-led development team is being established in India, Gurgaon to support various development activities in the portfolio.

The successful applicant for this role will be an individual contributor responsible for Pega CoE type activities for CFN case management products like CLIC, GDM, ROADS, BST, iCARE etc. The individual will play a role in standardizing Pega delivery, perform value added services and governance, own and improve best practices and methodology, enable project team members including business, and deliver R&D projects.

Job Responsibilities:

•Analyzes requirements/ user stories to appropriately support design activities

•Performs technical aspects of software development for assigned applications

•Performs hands-on architecture, design, and development of systems

•Functions as a leading member of an agile team and helps drive consistent development practices

•Typically spends 60% of time writing code and testing, and remainder of time collaborating with stakeholders

through ongoing product/platform releases

•Designs and builds integration components and interfaces in collaboration with Architects and Infrastructure

Engineers as necessary

•Contributes to decisions about tools, methods and approaches

•Performs unit and assembly testing of software components including the design, implementation, evaluation,

and execution of unit and assembly tests

•Conducts code reviews and builds test automation

•Debugs software components, identifies, fixes and verifies remediation of code defects

•Performs ongoing refactoring of code and continuously improves product

•Identifies opportunities to adopt innovative technologies

•Provides continuous support for ongoing application availability

Qualifications:

•10 years working experience in IT industry, having worked in multiple phases of IT development lifecycle.

•8 years of experience in developing enterprise level customer facing solutions.

•Experience technical solutions / applications utilizing the BPM Tool - Pega PRPC. PRPC Certification preferred.

•Previous hands-on experience in developing and deploying components using AXP Reference Architectures, especially JAVA within a distributed computing environment.

•Demonstrated people leadership experience with 3 year’s leadership experience in a technology environment.

•Strong technical knowledge of Enterprise Java Applications with high transaction throughputs.

•Demonstrated experience in managing large scale technology development projects using Agile.

•Superb relationship building skills and proven ability to influence and drive delivery across a geographical distributed organization.

•Superb collaboration and influencing skills and strong communication skill.

•Strong business facing, communication and relationship building skills.

•Strong focus on customers and clients, proven history and ability of exceeding customers’ expectations; Strong sense of accountability and ownership; Proven success as a leader and driven to develop a team of high performers

•Bachelors or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

Preferred Skills:

•3 Years hand-on experience with Java, APIs would be a strong positive.

•Exposure to Customer Service domain.
