• Understand various agile methodologies (scrum, Kanban, XP, Lean etc) and can speak intelligently about them and leverage other techniques to provide value to a team/enterprise

• Coaches the scrum Master on Facilitation techniques for Sprint Planning, Release Planning, Daily Stand-Ups, Stakeholder Demos and Sprint Retrospectives.
• Facilitates the team development process
• Guides new and existing teams through the ‘Forming, Norming, Storming and Performing’ stages to reach and maintain ‘High Performing’ status
• Encourages, supports, and guides continuous improvement of the team, its products and processes.
• Resolves conflict through arbitration, negotiation, reasoned discussion, or escalation.
• Is willing and able to identify problems, impediments, dependencies, and other team dysfunctions, and then facilitate quick resolution.
• Guides Product Owner in developing, maintaining and grooming Product Backlog.
• Coaches SM and RTE on removes impediments/blockers in order to keep teams highly productive.
• Coaches the teams to Identify and manage dependencies with other internal or external teams.
• Provides metrics and status to senior management and accurately represent status of the Scrum Team(s)
• Organizes and facilitates demonstrations of the product between the Delivery Team and Product Owner Team
• Ensures a collaborative culture exists across the team and promotes team building
• Asses the teams maturity and helps them to perform better.
• Provides training on Agile concepts
