**Scope:**

Responsible for providing SAP Finance related and supplemental systems application support. This person will serve as the liaison between IT and the user community to provide support primarily for the SAP FI/CO modules, and work closely with cross functional team members to resolve business process issues, and simultaneously manage and/or participate in multiple division level projects/assignments with typically high degree of complexity and change management components. This position will be based in India and primarily supporting the Asia Pac region, but will involved in cross functional teams and global regions based on IT priorities.

**Basic Function:**

Provide SAP FI/CO end-user support for global operations to resolve reported incidents, advise users in the proper use of the system, and implement approved upgrades, enhancements and project requests.

**Responsibilities:**

+ Investigate and solve complex problems.

+ Translate user’s requests into application system solutions. Analyze system user requirements to define and design system configuration, enhancements, and modifications.

+ Resolve business issues by working with various groups within and outside of the company (i.e. system users, super users, company management, consultants, software support staff).

+ Define requirements for specific forms/reports.

+ Maintain accuracy of helpdesk database of reported problems and the knowledge base of corrective actions which resolved issue.

+ Follow and enforce IT software standards and procedures.

+ Participate in the creation and enforcement of IT software standards and procedures.

+ Design test plans, execute test scenarios, validate test data, and document test results.

+ Lead small to medium size initiatives and perform system configuration, when needed.

+ Train other IT team members in finance related technologies and processes, serving as the IT expert.

+ Interact with process owners and super users in the development of business requirements.

+ Serve as in-house expert on enterprise-wide technologies (e.g. SAP), business processes and end-user information delivery tools.

+ Responsible for creation and maintenance of Business Scenarios, Business Process/System Testing, and Quality Assurance of production system changes.

+ Establish and enforce standardization of business processes and technologies within IT and among operating unit super users.

+ Responsible for identifying, training and supporting a network of finance super users across the enterprise.

+ Work in multidisciplinary teams to define and design complex processes and procedures for the configuration, upgrade, and maintenance of sap and related application systems.

+ Utilize query and reporting tools to provide flexible and timely information to system users determine the appropriate programming tools to supply information to system users.

**Must Requirements:**

+ Proven ability to quickly learn existing Business Processes and combine knowledge from multiple disciplines (e.g. SAP capability, Standard industry best practice) in order to produce an optimal business solution.

+ Travel up to 20% domestic and internationally, but will vary depending on project work.

+ 7 years or more hands-on experience in SAP Finance and Controlling solution design, configuration and implementation.

+ At least 2 full project lifecycle implementations with the SAP FI/CO module and/or other finance related modules.

+ Must have good understanding of integration of FI/CO with other SAP modules such as SD, MM, PP, BW and experience interacting with technical team.

+ Demonstrated ability to manage tasks, schedules and risks/issues.

+ Strong experience with process design & requirements gathering.

+ Excellent client interaction and communication skills (written and verbal). Must be able to facilitate meetings to gather requirements and present solutions.

+ Proven ability to quickly learn existing Business Processes and combine knowledge from multiple disciplines (e.g. SAP capability, Standard industry best practice) in order to produce an optimal business solution.

+ Ability to lead, design, and facilitate multiple concurrent workshops and deliver effective presentations that are valued by the client.

+ Possess the skills to initiate, evaluate, develop and influence users on adoption of solid, actionable recommendations.

+ Bachelor's Degree with relevant work experience in the finance area (or equivalent).
