Our Enterprise Group (EG) combines the portfolio of Enterprise Servers, Storage, Networking and Technology Services to solve the complexities of the extended enterprise and deliver advanced solutions and services to our global, commercial and public sector and SMB customers throughout the regions. Roles and Responsibilities: The WW Content Publisher performs all activities related to publishing new content, maintaining existing content, auditing the site and troubleshooting for fixing any issues reported by the stakeholders: Becomes an expert of the Content Management System (e.g. Lliferay), being able to use the best possible solution for each publishing request Publishes new content within SLAs and within the standard guidelines Maintains the existing content by updating it each time it is needed Builds strong relationships with the stakeholders to ensure all requests are well understood and executed accurately every time Proactively engages with the stakeholders to fix any content issues on the portal Works closely with the WW Publishing Lead and the other publishers to ensure the workload is assigned evenly Respects all publishing/troubleshooting SLAs Monitors the Portal content consumptions and proposes solutions to improve it Performs audits in a timely and accurate manner, reports and fixes the issues that can be solved without IT intervention Actively participates in Business Validations when new releases of the portal take place Supports WW/regional enhancement projects by offering expert advice according to the existing capabilities Works with the Partner Experience PM to address issues resulted from the Partner feedback. Skills Rrequired: Strong aptitude for managing business requirements Demonstrable ability to independently find solutions and derive success from trial and error Ability to work autonomously in a virtual environment with discussions occurring via telephone and desktop sharing Ability to manage and organize your time, be detail oriented and deliver consistently on schedule Good understanding of user requirements and functional specifications Fluency in English is a must, a second language is a plus Strong communication and presentation skills Highly computer literate, knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Liferay HTML editors and Graphic design application medium knowledge Frequently contributes to the development of new ideas and methods.
