Democrat Carter then failed to enforce UN Resolution 287, calling for military action to remove Noriega.  Carter’s negligence allowed the establishment of the Cartegena and Mediin Cocaine Cartels, known for destabilizing virtually all politics in Central and South America.

(Repeal of) Censure Act.  Removed remedial action from law and medicine, contrary to the interests of private individuals.  Repealed in 1983 despite Democrat obstruction.
(Repeal of) Official Misconduct Principle of 1951.  This act made the Democrat Party unaccountable to their constituents.  Repealed over Democrat Party obstruction in 1983.
(Repeal of) Party Exemption Act of 1963.  Repealed in 1983 by voter initiative.
(Repeal of) Transient Act of 1993.  Clinton's "Magnum Opus" exempted illegal aliens from flight training with domestic aircraft manufacturers and air carriers.  Repealed in 2002 by voter referendum after the 9-11 tragedy.

President Clinton's unlawful overrule of Boeing Security against training the 9-11 terrorists at Boeing facilities under supervision of FAA licensing authorities.  Caused the 9-11 tragedy, Iraq, and Afghan Wars.

Impeachment of Bill Clinton, the second in the nation's history.  Clinton was charged with perjury, obstruction of justice, and other Class-A felony crimes.  Clinton was spared only by Democrat party misfeasance.  Clinton was never restored clearance or executive powers.  This scandal severely afflicted America to the present.

Revocation of Presidential powers against president Obama, following the unlawful disclosure of Top Secret data relative to the death of Osama bin Laden, which severely compromised ongoing operations to prosecute domestically trained Muslim terrorists.

Congressional censure following president Obama's unlawful attempt to deploy American forces in Syria, which had he done as he wished, would have been impeachable as an act of treason.  Congress voted 380-15 (the rest abstaining) to deny Obama all Presidential powers for the remainder of his tenure in office.

Questions as to the legality of Obama's 2008 and 2012 elections, regardless that Obama has been permanently stripped of all Presidential powers.
