Please help me to permanently delete/cancel my aol email account.
I am about to lose my job because of all the spam emails that continue to be sent from my account to my entire business community of contacts.
I have tried absolutely everything. I have changed my password and my security questions multiple times, and yet it continues.
I did everything that aol said to do in order to cancel my account, but it is still active/open!!
I need my aol email account discontinued/cancelled permanently, and I need to do it immediately before anything else is sent out in my name.
Please help! Thank you for anything you can do for me.
