The partnership, formed to simplify cooperation, will introduce easy-to-use communication tools that can be accessed from any device.

Yealink is pleased to confirm full interoperability between Yealink’s T4 series, T2 series and T19P IP Phones and the Mida OperatorConsole, the attendant console for receptionists and blind operators from Mida Solutions.

Mida OperatorConsole is an innovative WEB based Attendant Console for desktop PCs and tablets that enhances Yealink IP phone capabilities with a set of functions designed specifically for receptionists. The Mida OperatorConsole increases the productivity of receptionists, while allowing multiple calls to be managed at the same time. This is achieved through an integrated view of active, incoming and parked calls, the current status of colleagues and a full directory, which includes internal and external contacts in a complete and easy-to-use interface.
