**In Brief**

The job role of Business Analyst will be supporting the Salesforce.Com (SFDC) Competency Centre which is a global team within Xerox Information Management (XIM), conferring and communicating with teams in Europe, America, and India regularly. This is a great opportunity to create connections and raise your knowledge of Business Insight, Communication and Team Collaboration in a global environment.

The role reports to the Global Design Authority and Architectural Manager within the Global SFDC team.

The SFDC Business Analyst will become a competent SFDC administrator, internally known in Xerox as XIST (Xerox Integrated Sales Tool) but will also be the sole expert for specialised areas such as Chatter, which is SFDC’s internal social collaboration Tool. There will also be the opportunity to work as part of global project teams implementing new business processes and functionalities.

This job role will suit **candidates studying Information Systems, Technology or a Business related degree**.

**Purpose**

The Global SFDC team is responsible for the management of the platform which is the primary method for sales teams to work collaboratively recording Activity/Pipeline/Outlook and for the Finance teams to report on those results, therefore the role requires a conscientious individual who is willing to work hard and be proactive to changing priorities.

This is a fantastic opportunity to gain a wide range of technical and business analysis skills, working with the Global SFDC team and working alongside our primary stakeholders; Sales Operations, Finance, and Marketing.

**What will I be doing?**

* To understand, navigate and administer the SFDC platform as required.
* To lead and manage Chatter; Chatter was initially introduced by our first student, deployed by our second student and managed by the following students.
* Be part of project teams, actively attending meetings and being proactive within the team.
* Bring fresh ideas to improve overall system experience and make productive differences.
* To continue to deliver a high standard of work for reoccurring tasks.
* Prioritising activities; showing organisation skills while working on projects alongside re-occurring tasks.
* Provide high level updates to senior management via Project Management tools.
* To get involved in the reporting and analysis of data.
* Assisting European Administrators with technical support via ticketing system.
* Be an expert on new key functionalities.

**What skills do I need?**

* Good communication and documenting skills
* Knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel and Outlook
* Analytical and problem solving skills
* Flexibility and Adaptability
