The VP, Global Digital Marketing leads strategy, technology and execution of owned external digital presence for Xerox. Aspects include web, social, mobile, content, video and integration with marketing technology /campaign. This leader must work across all business units and geographies to develop standards across design, content, engagement, and measurement. Key measures of success include: Xerox.com activity, lead conversion, content sharing, search results, social follows and 3 rd party benchmarks. Given that search is today’s primary research tool, this role has an immediate impact on Xerox’s visibility and profile.

The responsibilities of this position include:

+ Directly and indirectly impacts roughly $1B annual revenue via demand generation support, customer ecommerce, offering research and sales channel lead delivery

+ Creates digital go-to-market strategies and manages activation via team of 25 with $9M annual budget

+ Includes digital content, social marketing leadership, web technology, digital UX and creative, SEO, and digital brand standards

+ Interfaces with top marketing and executive leadership as member of Corporate Marketing SLT

+ Provides analytics/insights-driven development of Xerox’s digital presence to best meet self-directed primary prospects’ needs in the social web

+ Delivers Xerox.com and owned social platforms’ prospect/customer web experience, with a focus on revenue impact and brand value delivery

+ Manages Xerox’s presence on major social media platforms to build credibility and prospect/customer engagement with Xerox; leads community of social marketing leads across Xerox

+ Monitors social media conversations and delivers appropriate Xerox engagement to manage reputation

+ Delivers editorially-driven content marketing platforms to bring brand and capability narrative to life & build Xerox credibility as thought leader in strategic business segments

+ Manages internal client relationships across Xerox groups to ensure financial return is delivered to business channels

+ Provides governance of all aspects of digital marketing – (domains, social media policy, branding) to reduce risk to brand and reputation

+ Manages broad range of marketing and technical talent, including agencies, to deliver shared-service digital marketing capability

+ Develops and drives consistent implementation of Xerox Marketing technology strategy, including integration with a common campaign automation platform (Marketo)

Minimum

Bachelor's Degree

Marketing or Business Administration

Preferred

Master's Degree

MBA with an emphasis in Digital / Social Marketing

+ Significant years of technical marketing communications program management experience

+ Strong Xerox business/offerings knowledge, business operations and financial acumen

+ Experienced in Content-focused digital customer-engagement marketing

+ Thorough knowledge of applying marketing analytics to produce business/revenue growth

+ Creative acumen via experience in visual and verbal communication systems

+ Experience managing multiple agencies/partners to common results

+ Proactively anticipates emergent technologies and coaches others on alternative media solutions
