Xerox Services is conducting a global search for a highly experienced Vice President Human Resources (HR) Business Partner Executive I, Global.
Key R esponsibilities
* Role is accountable for building the organizational capability and capacity to deliver the strategic business direction, developing and implementing the talent agenda for Xerox Services.
* The role sets the HR strategy that aligns to the business and delivers through partnership with HR Shared Services and Centers of Expertise.
* Key Performance Indicators: Delivery of Strategic Workforce plan & impact on business results, Talent Development, EES, Diversity, productivity.
* This role works collaboratively with HR Professionals in a matrixed environment across Xerox Services.
* Works in partnership with the senior management team (second level managers to the CEO) of LoB/FSU to support the business in achieving its annual strategic objectives and business results.
* Works in partnership with the senior management team of LoB/FSU to develop a strategic outlook spanning 3-5 years.
* The role is responsible for a team of circa 3-6 HR professionals (typically D04 - D06) and will provide global HR leadership to small/medium lines of business or single FSU's.
* Works collaboratively in partnership with Senior Management and regional HRBP's to define workforce capability, costs & design to meet future business requirements. Workforce plans are integrated at a sector level.
* Executes strategic workforce plans and delivers the full range of HR programs via CoE's and Region/Country HR Leads to achieve business outcomes.
* Serves as single point of contact to global senior management and operates as a trusted business adviser by providing cross-functional HR advice, counsel, problem resolutions and bid management support.
* Leads and manages the development and deployment of global business specific programs for example talent acquisition, succession planning, competency management and development programs.
* Defines and uses data analytic information to support workforce related decisions and monitor progress on key programs.
* Champions change and helps position the business unit for success by effective resource utilization; cultivating leaders, effective communicators and empowered employees inside the business unit.
* Champions new ideas and initiatives that foster and support creativity, innovation, and risk taking within the organization.
* Continually collects information on the pulse of the organization; collects feedback formally and informally and addresses issues in a meaningful and constructive way.
* Communicates and educates the HR community on the LoB/FSU strategy and priorities to ensure an appropriate level business understanding.
* Ensure that leaders are deploying workplace practices that are compliant with policy and legislative requirements.
Experience Required
* The Human Resources Business Partner will have extensive experience (15-20 years) in a number of senior leadership roles including a previous background in a business operations role.
* Demonstrated executive leadership in a large-scale, complex, global structure.
* A well-organized and self-directed individual who is "politically savvy" and a team player.
* An intelligent and articulate individual who can relate to people at all levels of an organization and possesses excellent communication skills.
* Proven leadership and business acumen skills.
* Proven international experience in a matrixed environment.
* Ability to manage, motivate and inspire people to embrace change.
* Able to work flexibly, adapting quickly to change and responding positively to new ways of working enabling us to thrive on change and constantly improve.
* Ability to influence, negotiate and gain commitment at all organizational levels.
* The ability to resolve complex problems and make sound decisions in a timely manner.

Education
* A Bachelor’s degree is required and an advanced degree is desirable
