*The Role*
The role holder works as part of the service delivery team that is aligned to one or more customers. He/she will have focus on the following:
· Delivery of service that meets SLA and delights the customer/(KPI: SLA achieved & high customer satisfaction)/
· Supporting the achievement of productivity improvements/(KPI: Value for customer & enhanced margin)/
· Contributing to service transformation and business growth/(KPI: Further profitable service revenue)/
/· /Developing strong relationships and networks/(KPI: Strong network in place & network used effectively to ensure service excellence)/
/· /Developing people/(KPI: Evidence of people development)/
The work undertaken by the role holder is completed in line with the Service Level Agreement and Statement of Work relevant for the customer.
(The role typically has people management responsibilities, often across multiple sites/customer locations.)

*As a Creative Account Manager your main responsibilities will be:-*
· Supporting the account mgmt. PH team to achieve customer expectations and Xerox revenue/profit opportunities in a planned way i.e. through Marketing Activity/Strategy Plan/GREAT values set out by the SDM.
· Act as point of contact for Creative Services and when required, handoff complex jobs to Telf.
· Interpret design briefs and complex requests.
· Attend briefing meetings as required.
· Support new business and account growth opportunities, working with the SDM to convert to sales prospects.
· Support Innovation Projects and Initiatives.
· Assist SDM to review customer and Xerox processes.
· Support customer enquiries and work with project management and SME’s where applicable.
· Provide input to Statement of Works in alignment with agreed processes and ensure sign off via SDM/CSDM and client before progressing.
· Support administration and development of Mktport and DMS.
· Accountability for producing services within allocated timeframes and within budget and continued customer satisfaction with the service.
· Responsibility for quality and strict adherence to corporate styles and guidelines
· Ensuring the feedback from the customer is communicated to the DC SME’s
· Supporting the development of CS team members and other relevant service delivery teams to achieve Service Level Agreement (SLA)
· Review performance against SLA’s and KPI’s (Key Performance Indicators) e.g. value add, cost savings, resource utilisation, efficiency gains etc.
· Involvement for issue resolution for internal and external issues
· Achievement of excellence in design and cost and expanding the levels of service
· Ensure compliance with Xerox governance standards.
· (People management and development responsibility, including, induction, training and effective performance management processes, H&S compliance, staff motivation etc.)

*As a Creative Account Manager your skills and qualifications would include:-*
· Successful track record in customer facing roles
· Evidence of having improved customer satisfaction and implemented productivity improvement
· Demonstrable experience of building and sustaining strong relationships at various levels both internally and externally.
· Design, Composition and Print industry experience.
· Ability to manage and deliver against multiple tasks in fast paced environment – with timely completion of these activities.
· Familiar with document production techniques
Ability to convey concepts and ideas effectively to a variety of audiences
