*The Role*
· Data entry and maintenance either manually or using mass-upload tools.
· Ticket management and resolution via Solution Manager
· Analyse shortcomings of agreed quality measures, propose and drive activities to get the quality measures back to the desired state
· Maintenance & Governance activities regarding selected data objects (Business Partner Master Data).
· Owner of EBD Process Design and Procedure Guide documentation keeping them up-to-date and take an active part in relevant Change Requests
· Working on Data Quality programmes for selected data objects.
· Governance of common design principles.
· Data Coherence & Privacy – Align data standards to Xerox Corporate Framework setting regarding data coherence and data privacy.
· Ensuring attainment of EBD SLAs on Solman ticketing system
· KPI report analysis and reporting on respective data object area

*As an Application Support Analyst your main responsibilities will be:-*
¨ BusinessPartnerMaster Data set up and Maintenance according to Business requirements either via manual data entry or tools/mass-upload programs.
¨ Monitor and manage the Solution Manager Ticket Tool. Adhere to agreed SLAs.
¨ Involvement in Testing of Change Requests as and when required
¨ Implement Changes in Test and Production environments as per test plan
¨ Establish robust governance processes for the effective and common use of master data objects
¨ Maintenance of specific data objects on their own, or guide & monitor maintenance work being outsourced to 3rdparty organisation
¨ Analyse shortcomings of agreed quality measures, propose and drive activities to get the quality measures back to the desired state
¨ Owner of EBD Process Design and Procedure Guide documentation keeping them up-to-date and take an active part in relevant Change Requests
¨ Identify common design principles, trace them back to details as listed in the PDD’s, Data Design Documents and Solution Design Documents, alert any activities which are leading to a deviation and make this transparent to all levels of Xerox Executives
¨ Active member in LSS projects for data objects in the relevant area
¨ Set up, monitor and improve procedures for data object set-up and maintenance activities; establish & survey SLA’s & KPIs
¨ Work with functional consultants to develop and process mass upload programs and LSMW.
¨ Esap Reporting for the specific area.
¨ Support Regression Testing of Maintenance Releases, as and when they occur, and monthly changes in line with Change Management schedule
¨ Support ad hoc testing requests in line with business changes
¨ Involvement in scoping EBD requirements for new CRs and identifying EBD activities to execute
¨ Establish quality measures, meaningful reporting, distribute and advise on key figures
¨ Support initiatives from Business Relationship team accordingly

• Experience with SAP systems required and other non-Esap systems desirable. • Well proven process and procedure definition expertise • Good verbal and written communications skills • Experience in tools to analyse tickets and setting up corrective actions • Experience in data analysis and reporting • Pro-active approach to problem resolution • Conceptual abilities to drive future improvements • Expert Excel, V-look up, VB and Access DB levels required • Experience in SQL desirable In return Xerox will offer you a competitive package which is subject to your experience.
