The New Logo Sales Executive is responsible for identifying new Xerox HR Solutions (HRS) clients. The incumbent will organize, lead and execute balanced sales growth for new logo Xerox strategic business accounts. They will be focused on identifying, structuring and securing profitable long term multi-year HRS accounts.

**Duties and Responsibilities:**
HRS New Logo Sales Exec will be responsible for pursuit of new sales opportunities within the central established geographic territory. This role will encompass:

* Identify opportunities for new business. Sell a broad range of HR services to new logo accounts.

* Engage product marketing and solutions expertise to refine service offerings for specific market segments

* Cross-sell and collaborate on multi-tower opportunities

* Recommend and initiate enhancements to the sales and marketing operation

* Establish goals, analyze growth and provide accurate, complete and timely submission of required progress reports, forecasts, quotations, budgets and rates

* Maintain strategic Account Plan, identifying addressable market, client stakeholders their needs, strategies, MBO''s, competitive analysis, innovation opportunities, overall relationship risks, strengths, weaknesses within the account and how to address and remedy them. Create plan for annual revenue growth and gap analysis. Create Relationship map within account and across parallel Xerox partners.

* Demonstrate advanced knowledge of HRS Sales and relationship management processes. Candidate will maintain detailed knowledge of Xerox services, solutions and offerings certainly within HRS but also a basic understanding of Xerox’s BPO solutions and will help guide the client in major application and business decisions.

**Position Requirements**

* Minimum Bachelor degree in related field.

* 8-15 years of proven experience with large scale HRS sales & account management

* Consultative seller who develops deep relationships and adds value to the client''s business over the long term

* Team player who can partner with delivery organizations for added value

* Strategic business partner who understands client needs as well as Xerox needs and finds collaborative, profitable ways to meet them both

* Global outsourcing solution sales experience to include but not limited to:
1. HR strategic consulting (retirement, health & welfare, communication, HR management, compensation, learning, talent services)
2. Total benefits outsourcing (health and wealth benefits outsourcing, 401k, non-qualified plans, pension plans, health plan administration (COBRA/FSA, total absence management, retiree medical, voluntary benefits)
3. Learning Services (classroom learning logistics, materials print fulfillment, scheduling, learning management platform, administration, tuition administration and management, third party training provider management services)
4. Human resources outsourcing (employment service centers, workforce administration, payroll, compensation, performance management, relocation, expat administration, HR analytics, HRIS services, outplacement services, recruiting)

* Skilled in account strategy, account planning, relationship strategy, revenue growth

* Proven track record of attaining and exceeding quotas

* Previous experience calling on HRS clients required

* Strong communication and presentation skills required

* Ability to dig deep into a large account to uncover new opportunities
