Description

Purpose:

* To take ownership customer order management activites. Providing a courteous service to ensure the retention of current customers. Supports the development of new business by suggesting additional service & products to meet customers needs.

* Role is accountable for entering, expediting, tracking, editing and processing orders, installations and cancellations in accordance with Xerox policies and procedures. Maintains customer files and tracks order status. Reviews orders for accuracy.

Scope:

* An individual contributor, responsible for X customer accounts. Interfaces with internal deprtments and external customers - REVIEW THIS

Primary Responsibilities:

* Maintain excellent customer relationships through fully understanding the customers business needs and thereby ensuring that the order management procedures meet those business needs.

* Assist customers in reconciliation of their accounts to ensure customer issues are quickly resolved.

* To process, monitor and manage the progress of orders through the regional specific order management system to ensure agreed timescales are met.

* To achieve successful clean orders by ensuring pricing, parts, delivery terms and payment terms are all correct and obtain customers confirmation of the final order.

* Ensure the order to invoice cycle to be in full compliance of all internal controls processes and those laid down by Xerox and Sarbanes Oxley

* To communicate and respond to field queries, provide updates on order status and co-ordinate logistics between Xerox value chain partners and customers.

* Provides timely resolution to customer complaints, concerns, inquiries.

Qualifications

Candidate Education:
Minimum High School Diploma / (GED) / Secondary School GCSE or equivalent
Preferred Associate Degree / College Diploma /Cegep / A Levels

Candidate Background: Skills, Knowledge & Ability: Minimum requirements:
Minimum Demonstrates financial awareness, with a high degree of numeracy and interest in finance.
Minimum Good communication skills are required to deal with our distributors/partners and any experience working with non regional clients would be advantageous.
Minimum Able to resolve issues under the guidance of our policies, processes and internal controls
Minimum Acute attention to detail to ensure complex customer orders are processed efficiently
Minimum Should be a team player and flexible to assist others when workload is high
Minimum Must have good PC skills with basic expertise in MS Office applications
Minimum Good organizational skills will also be required

Possibility of infrequent overseas travel
