Scope:
* Individual contributor who works under direction of a manager. Assignments will be provided to enhance the business experience base of the role holder.
* The role supports/coordinates activities within a team and manages small projects.
Position Objectives:
* Contribute to GCO Learning Event planning, development and implementation.
* Assist in content development and creation of learning materials and communication collaterals.
* Collaborate with internal and external GCO cross-functional and Vendor partners to implement valuable Learning Events.
* Track and report Learning Event results.
Essential Functions:
* Assist in content creating and implementation of Learning Events.
* Evaluate opportunities to leverage existing internal and external GCO Parnerships for Learning Events.
* Collaborate with internal and external GCO Partners to implement valuable Learning Events.
* Track Survey results of Learning Events.
Minimum Education Level:
* Required - High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or GCSE or equivalent.
* Required - Bachelor's Degree*(or enrolled in collegiate program to attain)*
* Preferred Master's Degree*(or enrolled in collegiate program to attain)*
* Required - Field of study in Marketing Communciations, Business/Marketing Communications, Communications & Media Technologies, Graphic Design, New Media Marketing, Social Media, Media Sciences/JPRG Graphic Arts Publishing, Print Media/JPRV Graphic Media, Marketing Print Media/JPRW New Media Publishing or Print Media/ JPRT Printing Technology.
Candidate Qualifications (Skills, Knowledge and Abilities):
* Currently enrolled in an accredited Bachelor or Master degree program with required field of study.
* 3.00 or higher GPA required (on a 4.00 scale)
* Marketing experience.
* Proficient with MS Office specifically Access and Excel.
* Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
* Strong Web, PC, video, social media and graphic design skills.
* HTML skills.
* Excellent creative written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
* Demonstrated leadership capabilities and ability to collaborate within a team environment.
* Self-starter willing to take initiative and complete projects with minimal supervision.
* Ability to work in the United States on a permanent basis.
