Job Summary

Documentation Specialist - This is a critical role supporting the Accounting and Finance Department for our client, Roche Diagnostics. Candidates chosen for this role will be creating Standard Operations Procedures (SOPs) for an Accounting and Finance department.

This role requires a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent career sales experience. Additionally, this is a full time position for a 6-month period.

Job Responsibilities

* Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent career sales experience

* Engage with necessary stakeholders to document procedures, policies, and reports in a standard, approved format.

* Ability to confidently and professionally meet with client leadership teams in an effort to accurately document job-specific activities.

* Superior technical writing skills and an elevated attention to detail required to create SOPs in a highly regulated environment.

* Adhere to regulated guidelines for communications via all channels.

* Maintain a thorough knowledge of departmental policies, procedures, and contacts; continual learning & training as required.

* Ability to build strong relationships with key staff members and stakeholders.

* Ensure timely and appropriate communication occurs with all client stakeholders.

* Display flexibility and willingness to accept constantly changing project/program updates.

* Demonstrate corporate values on a consistent basis.

* Extensive self-study, training and testing are required; required to proceed through training, and certifications are dependent upon passing required assessments.

* Adhere to all company policies and guidelines.

* Other duties as assigned.
