Purpose:

- The Marketing Integration Manager (MIM) focuses on the creation and execution of high-impact marketing programs and campaigns in support of Xerox’s business objectives in Central America, Caribbean, Colombia, Venezuela, Paraguay, Uruguay and Bolivia. The MIM works cross-functionally, collaborating with Sales and Line of Business Managers to leverage their experience to identify opportunities and support demand generation.

- The Marketing Integration Manager is expected to creatively and continuously improve the way campaigns are deployed –navigating the balance between creativity, innovation and bottom-line focus. The ideal candidate has a passion for understanding and speaking to the needs of the target market through compelling solution “stories”. In addition, he or she is able to combine those “soft skills” with strong critical thinking and qualitative analysis ability to scrutinize results, determine root causes and make timely, educated recommendations for maximizing results.

Scope:

- The role has a significant impact on XDG’s yearly Sales Revenue plan.

- The role will function under a matrix environment where influencing teams and individuals at different levels of the organization will be required (Sales Executives, Sales Managers, Partner Managers, DMO HQs, 3rdparty agencies).

- This position will support the entire XDG LOB Technology structure and will work closely with LOB Program Managers, Business Development Managers, Distributors and Partners.

- The role will manage, cultivate and foster relationships with regional media, advertising, public relations and other 3rdparty marketing agencies to develop programs, events and campaigns.

Primary Responsibilities:

- Develop integrated marketing programs that support the acquisition of new customers and drive revenue

- Effectively plan, execute, and measure high-impact traditional and online marketing programs (e.g. webinars, email campaigns, live events, banner ads, ROI calculators, etc.) to meet or exceed revenue objectives. Particular focus on Digital Marketing programs and initiatives including, but not limited to: SEM, SEO, online displays, digital lead generation and social media campaigns.

Manage multiple projects and campaigns at a time, ensuring clear and proactive communication and follow up with key stakeholders and 3rd parties to meet deadlines and stay within budget. Continuously monitor campaign activity and results and make proactive live adjustments to ensure that all initiatives are performing to expectations.

Ensure leads generated by programs are properly assigned and handed off into the pre/post-event lead qualification process.

- Plan, coordinate and execute partner and customer events as required (experiential marketing, partner kickoffs, Thought Leadership events)

- Manage XDG’s Partner Sales Rewards incentives program. Work closely with platform vendor to continuously improve and increase efficiency effectiveness.

- Develop and execute XDG regional Public Relations plan; work closely with XDG PR hub agency to proactively identify market communications opportunities, boost brand visibility and grow business pipeline.

- Develop and execute XDG regional advertising plan; work closely with Print and Digital Media agencies to identify messaging and select optimum media mix to maximize ROI.

- Ensure brand compliance and consistency across partners, distributors and 3rdparty agencies.
Manage and coordinate Partner Co-Fund programs, ensure Marcom Guideline compliance and supervise claims/credit process.

- Maintain, report and operationalize Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and ROI metrics for marketing programs and campaigns (such as, but not limited to: Digital Metrics, PR Clippings, Qualified Leads, event ROIs, etc.)

- Serve as internal external communications point of contact with key DMO HQs and Xerox Corporate.

Candidate Education:

Minimum
Bachelor's Degree Marketing, Communications, Engineering or Computer Science

Preferred

Preferred Masters of Science or MBA

Candidate Background, Skills, Knowledge & Ability:

Minimum
Minimum of five years Marketing (ore related) experience
Minimum
Proven success crafting and executing comprehensive marketing programs that meet or exceed goals
Minimum
Excellent project management skills, time management and operational planning techniques.
Minimum
Excellent written and verbal communications skills; adept at building and maintaining strong cross-functional working relationships. Especially important is the ability to communicate appropriately within a diverse multicultural environment.
Minimum
Strong analytical skills and experience in analyzing the effectiveness of marketing programs on key metrics (ROI, customer acquisition and retention, etc.), with the ability to conceptualize and think creatively.

Demonstrated ability to handle a variety of assignments simultaneously and to work under deadline pressure and extra hours if needed on assignments
Preferred
Highly desirable experience in executing Digital Marketing campaigns (SEM, Online Displays, digital lead generation, social media)

Experience with IT Channels and IT Industry highly desired.

Experience with email marketing and marketing automation systems (especially Marketo) is a plus

Strong ability to influence people and align remote teams to achieve agreed goals and objectives and work within a Matrix environment with shared accountability for results.
