Purpose:
Middleware Product Support Administrator will be responsible for maintaining and managing all Oracle Middleware Products and Infrastructure including 10g and 11g FMW/ SOA and provide 24x7 oncall support.

4. Oracle 10g Portal/Forms/Reports and SSO/OID Application server administration
5. Oracle 11g SOA Composite Application Developer

+ 7x24 On-Call for Production Critical problems
+ Provide support over weekends for planned activities.
+ Work with developers to perform root-cause analysis and problem diagnosis

+ Open Oracle Service Request with Oracle on the issues escalated to Oracle.
+ Setup metrics, monitors for monitoring SOA, J2EE key components, services, database connections.
+ Setup alerts for receiving emails for critical issues.
+ Installation of Software Competencies:
+ Installation, Configuration, Administration and Maintenance of Oracle FMW and Related Products
+ Installation, configuration, administration of Oracle 10g & 11g Application server
+ Installation, configurations and administration of 10g Portal, Forms, Reports, SSO, OID.
+ Installation/Configuration OEMGC Agents on other Hosts
+ Install and configure third party J2EE application.
+ Configuring Application server JMS.
+ Administration knowledge of Oracle FMW (BPEL, ESB, OWSM, etc)
+ Knowledge of high availability, Virtual hosts, 2 node Cluster configurations front ended by Load balancer configurations
+ OC4j instance creation, grouping
+ JVM tuning, configurations.
+ Support and Coordinate application issues (Infrastructure support)
+ Setup Mod PL/SQL (DAD), configure and support
+ Support integration with S3 agent.
+ Log and backup configurations.
+ Perform Upgrade to any associated patch/releases.
+ Configure and integrate with OID.
+ Troubleshooting issues login issues, OID / SSO / Portal maintenance.

+ Deployment FMW application/web service on Oracle 10g & 11g Application Servers (iAS and Weblogic).

+ Oracle Fusion Middleware, including Oracle SOA Suite(BPEL, MEDIATOR, Composites), Oracle Business Activity Monitoring, OWSM, and Oracle Service Bus
+ Oracle Technology and/or Packaged Application Adapters

+ Composite Deployment Tools
+ JDeveloper and/or Eclipse
+ Java / J2EE development

+ UNIX shell script and other UNIX tools like vi

Candidate Education:
Minimum 3 years’ experience in Oracle Middleware Administration on enterprise level platforms running on Solaris and Linux
+ Extensive hand-on Oracle Middleware administration experience on Oracle Middleware 10g & 11g; SSO Integration; Weblogic, BI Publisher; OEM 12c, eBilling, GRC
+ UNIX Knowledge
+ Intermediate level of scripting
+ cron job setups
+ Intermediate level UNIX command knowledge to administer, troubleshoot Oracle environments
+ Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science or equivalent
+ Understands, explains and presents complex technical ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences
+ Excellent written and spoken English
