The wait is finally over, Forza Horizon 3 has launched today. PlayGround Games’ latest edition to the Forza Horizon series has been met with amazing reception from critics; the game is actually the highest-rated Xbox One exclusive to date, with a whopping Metascore of 91. A score like that isn’t achieved easily, so a huge round of applause to the developers for their hard work on this amazing racing game! After all the months of hype and announcements and the last few days of media coverage, the game is finally now available who didn’t opt to get in early by dropping some extra cash on the Ultimate Edition.
Forza Horizon 3 is a game of firsts. For starters, it’s the first title of Microsoft’s new XBOX Play Anywhere service; if you buy Forza Horizon 3 on either the Xbox One Games Store or the Windows Store, you’ll receive the other version of the game for free. So, you can start your game on your Xbox One and continue it through your Windows 10 PC and vice-versa. You can also connect and play with your friends across both platforms seamlessly. On that note, this is the first full Forza game to be released on PC. This is also the first game to take advantage of the HDR ability featured in the Xbox One S. All-in-all, it’s an exciting time to be a racing fan!
