Yes. But only freewares are allowed. Any discussion,links, or information on hacking, cracking, serial numbers, pirating, warez, games or any other illegal stuffs is not allowed. Discussion regarding breaching or attacking security of other sites or computers is also not allowed. Any hint of such discussion would be severely dealt with, and may result in prohibiting the concerned user(s) from using this site. We would like to request other users to alert our moderators, if you come across any violative stuffs.
