Later this month, we’ll celebrate an important milestone, October 21st, 2015 – the date Marty McFly showed up from 1985 and double parked the Delorian in Back to the Future II.

A number of futuristic things dreamed up by screenwriters in the early 1980s have come true in 2015: video-conferencing, wall-mounted big-screen televisions, a baseball team in Florida.

Now one of the brands that was showcased in Back to the Future II is getting in on the action as well. No, we’re not talking about Jaws 19, we mean the futuristic Pepsi Cola that Marty drinks in the diner in Hill Valley – Pepsi Perfect.

Pepsi isn’t launching a new line of soda, rather they’re packaging original Pepsi in a limited edition, collectors bottle in honor of October 21st, 2015.

“Fans have always been a little crazy about it,” Lou Arbetter, PepsiCo’s senior director of marketing, told USA Today. “So we wanted to take advantage of the fact that Marty traveled to the future, to this month, and wanted to actually come out with the product.”

Don’t expect Pepsi Perfect to go for your $1 to $2 regular vending machine bottles. Pepsi only made 6,000 of the futuristic containers, so the rare bottle is going for the vanity price of $20.15 (2015, get it?)

The bottle will be sold online exclusively, and only while supplies last.
