Wyndham Vacation Ownership is searching for a **Corporate Promotions Specialist**in Orlando, FL. This Specialist****will be responsible for becoming familiar with the company’s ongoing sales and marketing operations and will be overseeing various reward and recognition campaigns, tools, collateral and programs for Wyndham Vacation Ownership Sales & Marketing teams. This position will provide heavy analytical support to achieve Sales and Marketing efficiencies, while actively creating a culture of maximizing accuracy, effectiveness, growth and success through partnering with internal stakeholders. Must establish effective working relationships with peers in Sales, Marketing, Resort Operations, Brand Management, Corporate Communications and the Operations Planning & Analysis departments; gleaning best practices to achieve mutual gains. The Specialist will provide support to the Manager and VP by assisting in developing and implementing monthly, quarterly and annual national sales and marketing promotion campaignsto drive strategic business goals for sales and marketing. This position is responsible for improving and supporting the overall performance of WVO Corporate Promotions and other key divisions through compiling, tracking, monitoring, analyzing, reporting and validating data relative to the needs of the business. In addition, must be able to provide management with decision alternatives and trend analysis through the creation of periodic and ad-hoc reports using various data sources such as financial systems, spreadsheets, and relational databases.This position will also ensure that various promotions and recognition programs are fulfilled and coordinate the fulfillment of monetary, merchandise and/or awards through respective business partners and vendors. This position will support the Sales and Marketing departments and requires detailed, accurate, timely analysis and reporting of the business. The position requires a proactive, self-starter who is able to actively pursue improved data management, reporting procedures and improved processes. A mix of strong database management, analytical skills, business proficiency and project management are essential for success in this position.

**Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:**

* Develop and maintain weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual and ad-hoc promotional campaigns highlighting key business metrics, goals and strategies. Collect and interpret data for reporting purposes and work with key partners in providing detailed, timely and accurate results to the Sales & Marketing field for various promotional campaigns. Responsible for compiling and publishing data from multiple sources and systems as necessary to create, maintain, analyze, audit and share accurate tracking of current key metrics which are necessary to ensure continued growth in performance. Ensure the proper tracking and accurate collection processes are in place at all times for data integrity.

* Oversee the day-to-day operations of national reward and recognition efforts for Wyndham Vacation Ownership and work with appropriate internal contacts to propose promotional criteria, launch promotions, answer inquiries about the promotions, assist with the completion of the winner selection process (including tracking, communicating and answering queries about results), track and reward incentives and assisting with any relevant event planning and registrations.

* Continually evaluate work processes, document and improve process flow from data collection to produce efficient, accurate and timely results at all times. Develop communications to the sites through email, conference calls, and/or surveys to gain feedback and promote/improve effectiveness of promotions and motivational collateral pieces.

* Develop, coordinate and update the Corporate Rewards and Recognition department’s company website as needed.

## Qualifications

Education:

* Bachelors degree or equivalent experience required.

Training requirements:

* Vacation Ownership product/industryor Travel industry understanding and/or experience a plus.

* Working knowledge of company systems such as CRS, Hyperion/BRIO, SIM, SAS reporting tools experience a plus.

Knowledge and skills:

* Excellent strategic, logical, analytical and creative thinking aptitude in both an independent and team environment

* Must be self-motivated, being able to manage multiple projects while incorporating work style with team objective

* Must be well organized and able to perform under stressful situations

* Must be able to communicate and partner effectively with all levels of the organization

* Must be decision-minded, capable of providing management clear paths to optimal results desired

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills to communicate clearly in a variety of communication
channels—with special attention paid to grammar, communication appearance, etc.

* Must maintain composure under pressure and tight deadlines

Technical Skills:

* Demonstrated computer expertise with Microsoft Office, Excel and strong skill set with IT systems

* Excellent reporting, analysis and process mapping skills

Job Experience

* 2+ years experience in analysis, reporting and forecasting or equivalent experience required.

* Position also requires experience with marketing presentations/campaigns, customer service, working with company reports and programs (including BRIO, SIM and WebConnect) and maintaining and reporting on key results.
