SOUTHFIELD (CBS Detroit) – Realcomp II Ltd. has launched a new mobile app for MLS subscribers with information including market listings, searches and maps.

The RealcompMLS app, also known as “GoMLS” in some markets, is compatible with Apple or Android smartphones and tablets and provides Realist data, contacts and saved searches shared with the RCO3 MLS system.

“Mobility is vital in the real estate industry, with office time shrinking and remote time in the field increasing, mobility solutions that extend MLS technology tools are more crucial than ever, said Karen Kage, CEO, Realcomp II Ltd, in a release. “This new offering, technology provided to Realcomp by CoreLogic, allows us to offer subscribers innovative technologies to improve productivity and overall customer service.”

The app also has features which allow realtors to share their listings by text, email, and social media, view ‘Favorite’ listings from each client and collaborate ‘real-time’ via HomeAssist.

Users can also access and view photos and listing details and the ability to set appointments and viewings with other agents.

“It’s all about being optimally connected and ready to go, on-the-go,” Kage sadded. “RealcompMLS provides all that and more.”

Realcomp II Ltd. is owned by the Dearborn Area Board of REALTORS, Detroit Association of REALTORS, Eastern Thumb Association of REALTORS, Grosse Pointe Board of REALTORS, Lapeer and Upper Thumb Association of REALTORS, Livingston County Association of REALTORS, Greater Metropolitan Association of REALTORS and the North Oakland County Board of REALTORS.
