Job Responsibilities 
Your main job as a Field Sales Representative will be to sell and promote our products. Your various areas of responsibility include driving a scheduled route, account management and merchandising, as well as a small amount of promotions and sampling. 
Your specific duties will include:
• Planning and executing a daily schedule of sales calls on route schedule• Effectively planning on a daily, weekly or monthly/quarterly basis, meeting all quota and distribution objectives• Servicing and improving the marketability of our products through shelf management, display position and frequency, concept selling and price point management• Communicating and providing proper follow-through with management, our customers and suppliers via voicemail and email • Aggressively identifying, targeting and sampling existing and potential accounts, both individually and in partnership with distributors in your assigned territory• Attending distributor meetings on a regular basis• Providing reports on day-to-day sales activities and results as required by Rockstar• Arranging for regular vehicle maintenance and record keeping of that• Maintenance as well as ensuring that the vehicle is kept clean and well-organized• Maintaining a professional product and Company image at all times• Performing other duties as assigned 
Job Requirements
As a Field Sales Representative, you must be a driven and entrepreneurial-minded person with a strong and disciplined work ethic. It is also important that you are an excellent communicator, with the interpersonal skills needed to easily connect with and build lasting business relationships with a wide variety of customers.
Specific qualifications for the Field Sales Representative position include:
• Strong desire to launch successful career in beverage sales• Minimum 21 years of age• Professional attitude and appearance• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills• Current driver's license with clean driving record • Ability to drive and maintain an assigned Company vehicle and to travel to and within territories as assigned • Availability to occasionally travel outside your assigned territory• Proficiency in MS Excel and Outlook• Ability to perform physical activities including lifting and moving up to 65 pounds• Prior sales experience, preferred• Knowledge of the beverage market, preferred
