HARTFORD, Conn. (WTNH)– Two men were arrested Saturday after injuring two Hartford police officers and a detective during a car chase involving drugs and a stolen vehicle.

When officers stopped him and began to approach the car, Perez put the car in drive, struck the detective and fled the scene. This lead to car chase, in which four police cars were damaged, but Perez was eventually caught. Perez, along with one detective and two police officers, all sustained non-life threatening injuries in the incident.
