(WTNH) — The once popular chain RadioShack filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection last week. Now, the company plans to close over 1,700 stores by the end of March.
Among the company’s 1,784 closures will be at least 24 Connecticut stores.
According to Business Insider, the stores will be closed in three installments. They say stores closing in the first installment will be shut down by Feb. 17, stores closing in the second installment will close by Feb. 28, and stores closing in the third installment will be eliminated by March 31.
