TERRE HAUTE, Ind. (WTHI) – Five people were arrested after a morning drug search warrant at a home on N. 14th Street in Terre Haute.

News 10 was at the scene and confirmed members of the Terre Haute Police Department Special Response Team were there along with members of the Vigo County Drug Task Force.

Officials from DTF told News 10 they executed a drug search warrant at 104 N. 14th Street around 10:35 a.m. This stemmed from community tips about possible drug activity at the house.

THPD Acting Chief Keen stated there were multiple occupants inside the home at the time of the search, but no injuries were reported. When they searched the home, officials stated they found drugs and firearms.

Five people, all residents, were arrested in connection to this drug search warrant.

Alvin Allen, Misty Allen, Roland Hillman, Jeffrey Fields and Noma Judson were all arrested for maintaining a common nuisance. Alvin and Misty Allen were arrested for dealing methamphetamine, dealing marijuana, possessing methamphetamine, possessing marijuana, two counts of dealing schedule 4 controlled substance and two counts of and receiving stolen property.

Alvin and Misty Allen both face an additional charge of neglect of a minor.

Sgt. Steve Lockard with DTF told News 10 that THPD SRT was called to the scene because of a potential violent history and because of potential firearms inside the home.
