I feel like everyone who reads my blog should know this, but here it is, out in the open again, just in case—I love the scent rose. You might even say I’m a little obsessed with it. You might even say I am more than a little… So of course, I am instantly drawn to any perfume that promises the scent, and the latest to catch my attention is The Body Shop Atlas Mountain Rose Eau de Toilette*.

The instant I smelled The Body Shop Atlas Mountain Rose, I fell in love. Here’s why– this is a fresh, delicious, rose scent that is incredibly similar to another perfume I’ve written a love poem–I mean blog post–on, Chloe Roses De Chloé (review here). It’s also about a quarter of the price! So I definitely recommend this scent as a more budget-friendly alternative, that doesn’t sacrifice on lasting power, as despite being an EdT, The Body Shop Atlas Mountain Rose Eau de Toilette lasts all day on my skin (about 7-8 hours, although it does fade).

The actual scent I get from The Body Shop Atlas Mountain Rose Eau de Toilette is definitely one of fresh roses. There may be a hint of underlying citrus and vanilla, but that is secondary. It comes in a 50 mL gorgeous glass bottle with a pretty design printed on the back.

The Body Shop Atlas Mountain Rose Eau de Toilette is also available in many matching products like a body butter, body lotion and shower gel, all of which I desperately want. If you’re looking for a lighter fragrance, there’s also a body mist, or a perfume oil if you want something stronger and more portable. Basically, it doesn’t matter what format you pick, the most important thing is that you get your hands (and nose) on this! My rose obsession is definitely not over yet.
