Well, if you haven’t tweeted in the last three months, you didn’t make it on the list because obviously you’re not using Twitter! If you barely Tweet once every two weeks, you’re also not on the list for the same reason. Twitter is all about conversation. And it’s a great way for authors to connect to readers.
