Front End Submission
Kode Property allows to add properties by your users. Create the property directory by few clicks. If you want you can review newly added properties before publishing. Of course it is possible to charge users for using your website. Plugins has builtin pay per post and package system.
Property management
Manage properties from WordPress admin. Custom version of table display is containing all important information about properties like featured image, price and assigned taxonomy terms.
Price Formatting Options
Kode Property supports various price formatting options. You can define the currency where you are able to set currency sign and number formatting options like number of decimal places, decimal point and thousands separator.
For properties you can set another group of price settings. You are able to write alphanumeric text instead of price amount or add your custom prefix and suffix.
Are you developer and still not satisfied with price formatting? Don’t worry. Everything is located in one method so it is pretty easy to change the functionality.
Agencies & Agents
With Kode Property plugin you are able to assign agents to properties and create agencies grouping agents. Great for internal purposes or directory listings.
Packages & Pricing
It is easy to create the packages for your users and start monetizing the business. Create the packages and then map them on the pricing tables. You can create the free and trial packages. Users are able to pay for the packages by using Stripe, PayPal account, PayPal credit card and other payment methods used in the theme.
Membership Plan
Enable front end submission and ask users who wish to list properties to purchase a paid Membership Package with recurring option. You can create unlimited packages, each with an expiration date in x days, weeks, months or years. You select the number of listings and featured listings in each package.
Various listing layouts
There are multiple layouts for property showcasing: Grid, List, Slider. Additionally, there is a specific e to display Featured properties or Single Property. All are available as Shortcodes.
Property Advance Search
You can use advance search on searching properties and listings. Any search field can be disable/enable in our Theme easily.

We integrate google maps on this theme so that you can simply check your property location where it is located anywhere in the globe. It also supports Snazzy Maps for awesome google map designs and customisations.
Login / Registration
The Kode Property theme have a Login/Register option that allow your visitors to register on your site and have a personal account info. The users menu will contain links as: Add Property, Personal Properties, Edit Profile and etc. You can also close the registration, in this case only the administrator will have the option to publish new properties.
Mail Chimp Integration
The Subscribe form on the footer is working with MailChimp service. You can also disable that option in your Theme Options panel.
Custom Property Widgets
The theme comes with lots of custom widgets, that will help you to build a really big and fantastic portal. You can use widgets as: Advanced property search, Recent Agents, Recent Agencies, Recent Properties, Most commented blog posts and much more. You can select a header type for your site, the theme comes with a dark a light version for header.
