Indeed, Goldshire (Moon Guard US) has someone that RPs as the Mayor of Goldshire. The character's name is '''Mayorbanks''' and is well-known throughout the entire server as the official Mayor of Goldshire. This player has an entire background story of how he came to power and the history of Goldshire in his wiki page [http://mayorbanks.wikia.com mayorbanks.wikia.com ] . Mayorbanks is a renowned figure in Moon Guard's history as many fanart and propaganda has been released on his behalf, ex: http://imgur.com/J0vhhuu (In this image Mayor Banks states that he -is- Goldshire). As of December 2013, this character is still active.
