Each check book includes 25 individual inspections with unique sequential numbering. A carbon copy is automatically retained upon completion of checklist. Guidance notes provide advice on how to check the equipment

Tamper Evident Seals:
High visibility red polypropylene
Arrow head is carefully inserted into the tag to prevent it being opened. The seal must be snapped free to open the tag
