Enjoy the smaller town life: country space, freedom from traffic, easy access to recreational activities in nearby mountains, rivers, and forests, as well as great schools and universities.Responsibilities:Lead the development of new website and web applications from conceptualization to launch.Lead individual projects from a technical perspective, from conceptualization to launch.Lead the technical implementation of projects and help guide decisions on technical strategy, architecture, tools, and utilities.Lead in defining, analyzing, and reviewing software and system requirements.Create software development lifecycle artifacts including architectural and detailed design specifications, and implemented and tested production code.Lead project planning and estimation.Participate in software verification and validation processes including code reviews and unit testing.Lead, train, guide, and mentor other developers on the team.Keep abreast of industry trends and technologies, and be prepared to apply them quickly.
