You'll be responsible for improving a popular web software that powers some of the best agencies in the world, from Adaptive Path to Method to BBDO.Let's talk about you:
You're an exceptional designer, take pride in doing great work, and care about the details.
You start a design by challenging assumptions and thinking through the issues. You love solving problems.
You appreciate obvious, simple, quiet, and invisible design solutions over clever, loud, obnoxious, cool, and trendy ones.
Users first. Your ego last. That is, you don't design for conferences or Dribbble cred; you design for users.
You speak and write HTML5 and CSS3 fluently. Better yet, you know Sass intimately.
You're honest, responsible, humble, and smart, with a sense of humor.
If you're not in NYC, your work hours must be able to overlap roughly 10am to 5pm Eastern Time (so you can collaborate with your team).
