We look for cross-functional team members who can work outside their area of focus as needed and broaden their engineering skills.We need robust and creative solutions to our growth needs, and we'd love for you to join us!ResponsibilitiesCreate and enhance an engaging user experience through high-quality code in our browser extensions and on our application website.Work as part of a Scrum team to plan, design, develop, and deliver potentially shippable product increments.Provide reporting and analysis tools for our marketing team, and gather additional data as needed to support their initiatives.Maintain and improve our engineering culture: perform design and code review, introduce new tools and methods, give quot;brown bag quot; presentations, etc.Whatever else you think needs doing.QualificationsExperience developing end-user UI using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery.Experience using frontend MVC libraries like Backbone, Angular or Knockout.Excellent software engineering habits: object-oriented design, unit testing, integration testing, data structures, etc.A keen eye for visual design details and good user-experience instincts.A hands-on attitude and a willingness to get things done.Excellent oral and written communication skills.Emotional maturity and adaptability.Nice to HavePrior experience with growth-related engineering at a revenue-generating SaaS company.Experience with a marketing analytics tool, such as Mixpanel or Google Analytics.Experience with Ruby on RailsSide projects you'd be willing to submitAbout YeswareCulturally, we #39;re smart, friendly, hard-working and sane people who are interested in our craft.
