(San Francisco, CA) DESCRIPTION: CrossCap is a leader and innovator in Marketing Management/Automation and we are seeking a Junior UI/UX Designer to help design and enhance CrossCap's applications. The candidate will report directly to the Senior UI/UX Designer and will be responsible for participating in all aspects of the Visual, UI, and UX Design. We're looking for someone who loves creating excellent work that solves problems simply and elegantly. Our applications are complex, so the challenge is to simplify the interface and experience in order to make user flows through the modules more intuitive. This is where the magic is made, as you will be challenged to conceptualize design solutions to complex problems by leveraging an understanding of design standards and utilizing best practices. We are looking for someone with the passion to build their skills in UI/UX/Visual Design. RESPONSIBILITIES: - Create new designs, including (but not limited to) user flows, wireframes, mock ups, and prototypes. - Communicate design concepts to both internal and external teams. Clearly rationalize and justify design work and advocate for users' needs. - Work in a team environment to help solve company-wide design challenges. - Collaborate with the design team, engineers, and product managers to bring interface concepts to life. - Work within a design system to create new modules. - Execute all deliverables to the highest professional standards. - Create specifications for design systems by adhering to strict annotation guidelines. REQUIREMENTS: - Online portfolio of design work. - Adept in the Adobe Creative Suite. - Exposure and interest in learning Axure Rapid Prototyping tool. - Ability to commute to 311 California Street daily. - Knowledge of web technology. - Strong communication and problem-solving skills. - Ability to articulate ideas in a group setting. - Degree in a Design-related field.
