I purchased a space upgrade on April 1, 2014. However, I have the following statement appear when I try to upload any photos:

Looks like you have used 3.0 GB of your 3.0 GB upload limit (100%). Since you are close to your limit, you might want to consider purchasing a Space Upgrade.
With the upgrade, you'll also be able to upload mp3, m4a, wav, and ogg audio files (great for podcasting).

I posted the original question 5 hours ago and have not even received a "we're working on it" type of reply. I am quite upset and will be moving my blog to another site if I don't get a satisfactory answer soon.
