1.Samsung TouchWiz



TouchWiz developed by Samsung, is a front end tough interface featuring a full tough user interface. TouchWiz is basically used internally by Samsung for Smartphone’s and Tablets, and is not available for licensing by external parties. This UI is mostly found in Samsung’s Galaxy range of devices which includes Smartphone’s such as Galaxy S II & Galaxy Note and Tablets from the Galaxy Tab range. Some minor changes are done in TouchWiz UI such as adding buttons to the notification bar which allow Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS and rotation capabilities to quickly be turned on or off. Nature UX, the latest version of TouchWiz has been released on the Galaxy S III. It possess refined user interface as compared to the previous version, 3.0. The feature enables to switch between two home screen modes.

2.HTC Sense



HTC Sense is a graphical UI for mobile devices running on Android, Brew and Windows Mobile. This user interface is developed by HTC Corporation.  The first phone running on Android to feature HTC Sense was the HTC Hero while the first Windows Mobile phone to feature HTC Sense was the HTC HD2. HTC Sense includes the home screen with its iconic animated digital clock widget. An animation for the current weather is also added in the home screen: for instance if rain is forecast, raindrops will appear on home screen and windscreen wipers clean them away. Friend Stream widget is another feature added in the HTC sense that displays what your friends are saying on Facebook and Twitter, features a customisable lock screen that allows you to jump directly into an application such as the camera. Even the motion control gestures are also included in which phone is flipped over to silence an incoming call. HTCSense.com integration is another feature of HTC sense which allows users to remotely lock, track or wipe your phone in case phone is lost or stolen.

3.Motoblur

Motoblur, developed by Motorola is an Android user interface and push-based service which focus on social networking. It features remote phone tracking capabilities. Motoblur comprises of variety of widgets which combine various social networking portals such as Facebook, MySpace and Twitter as well as other services all in one place. At present, Motoblur is available on Electrify/Photon 4G, Atrix 4G, Atrix HD, CLIQ/DEXT, Backflip, Devour, Flipout, Charm, Spice, Droid Pro, Filpside, DEFY, DEFY+, Bravo, Droid X, Droid 3, Droid 2, Droid Bionic, and Droid RAZR.  First generation phones based on Motoblur need a new user to create a Motoblur account, refusing access to the main screen until the account is established. In late 2010, Motorola declared that Motoblur would not be their development focus in the future as Android made custom skins largely worthless.

4.Timescape

Timescape user interface is used by Sony Ericsson on its Xperia range of Android devices. This user interface changes the way of interaction with others by collecting all communications in one view. Every event on the home screen like emails, text messages from Facebook and Twitter, music, calls, photos appears in a scrollable list which looks like deck of cards. Timescape is a slick user interface that focuses on social networking. It has an interesting feature of sharing the content. Status updates, tagged photos with friend’s name all are linked in Timescape, which let users reply or view more content in each category. A home screen widget in the Timescape provides a snapshot of the latest occurrence of the events.

5.HOLO

Holo is the stylish and intuitive user interface that features new colour scheme and visual multitasking. This UI

is used in Ice Cream Sandwich OS. Ice Cream Sandwich features a radical new user interface dubbed ‘Holo’ with key enhancements including a new blue colour scheme, visual multitasking and a new font dubbed ‘Roboto’. It is simple, powerful, fast and highly customizable home replacement based on Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich. If the devices have Android Market they will have Holo theme as they are originally designed as Holo Theme, Holo Light. The Holo themes may also be used as stable parent themes for app-level customizations.
