More on Woods Bagot’s knowledge management approach: ‘The Edge of Chaos‘

Working mobile has become the norm – on the commute into work, sitting in reception waiting for the next meeting or lounging on the couch watching television. Studies have found that more than 80 per cent of people continue working when they have left the office, with 60 per cent claiming they do it to be organised and almost half feeling they have no choice because their customers demand quick replies. So what does this mean for marketing and communications? How do you effectively connect when your stakeholders are on the move?

Drawing on her insight and practical experience, Woods Bagot global communications and change manager, Susan Stewart, will present at the Asia-Pacific Professional Services Marketing Association (APSMA) seminar on 12 August 2015, Adelaide. Sue will discuss mobile communications techniques that help to connect with clients, engage staff and embrace the culture of the firm; sharing practical tactics that draw on communication theory and align tools for implementation and engagement.
