Producer of the moment Jax Jones, treats Wonderland to a playlist of his favourite remixes along with his new single ‘Go Deep’
He helped produce the smash UK number 1 hit by Duke Dumont ‘I Got U’, but now Jax Jones has released his new solo single and has created a playlist for Wonderland of his most inspiring tracks that have been essential to his DJ career.
Born in London the multi-instrumentalist, known for his UK House/Garage style, was signed to Dumont’s own label ‘Blasé Boys Club’ back in 2013. Since then his collaborations with the huge DJ have seen him catapulted into the music starlight and the new single ‘Go Deep’ is promising premise for the star’s future work.

1. Krystal Klear – Tried For Your Love (Hudson Mohawke Remix)
Hudson Mohawke made a house track?! Yes he did and it’s banging. People always ask for the tune ID when this one’s played.
2. Justin Jay – Turn Me Out (Just Jay remix)
Great vocal and great bassline. I dance a lot when I DJ and this one gets me doing the aerobic bounce. You’ll probably recognise the sample in this too.
3. Jonas Rathsman – Hope I’m Wrong
My boy Jonas bringing that Dru Hill in full effect. We played together for Blasé Boys Club at Sankeys in Ibiza and this was one of the highlights of the evening.
4. HNNY – Sneeze
I started my set with this track a few times. It’s an absolute jam and gets a massive reaction.
5. Casino Gold – Sunbeams
I love Casino Gold’s music. I always thought this was too chilled a track to make it into my sets but I played it for the first time at Canal Mills opening in Leeds and it was special.
6. Tough Love Vs Ginuwine – Pony
Who doesn’t love Ginuwine? This has been my back up track in the club if someone’s already played Waze and Odyssey’s R Kelly ‘Bump & Grind’ bootleg.
7. Bingo Players – Devotion
Filthy Drop. Nothing more needs saying!
8. Destiny’s Child – Say My Name (Dear David & David West Interpretation)
A new addition to my sets, this is a really cool edit (even if the title is really long to type).
9. Duke Dumont – Won’t Look Back (Jax Jones Remix)
This is one of my favourite remixes i’ve delivered to date. It took me a while to get the ideas as I knew the original so well. It got a lot of love on iTunes, people love a bit of piano house.
