I definitely need to be adding more healthy beef recipes to this site, and here is one for you today.

This one is a very versatile dish that you can casserole, slow cook, boil it, whatever your heart desires.  And nothing but all natural ingredients.

NOTE:  At the end, as a topping for the meal, he says he put Greek yogurt on it, but what he really wanted to do was put sour cream.  If you are health conscious as I am, don’t put the sour cream on it.  Greek yogurt would be OK.

Actually, I didn’t put anything on top of it as I didn’t think it needed it.  But I’ll leave that up to you.
