Look out for the September 2014 issue of Knitting and Crochet magazine, on sale NOW for only £4.95!

With the sizzling summer we’ve enjoyed this year, it’s really not been the weather to be working with wool. Although, the cooler evenings now, are suggesting that the season is drawing to an end and that autumn is just around the corner and time to pick up your needles and hooks once again. So, what better way to celebrate this is there, than treating yourself to our brand new September issue – with 30 patterns for you to knit and crochet.

Editor, Kandy Regis, gives you a round up of what’s in this issue of Knitting and Crochet…

First up, is a riot of colour with a beautiful collection of knitted and crocheted projects inspired by Central European folk art that you can make for yourself and your home.

If you’ve young children in the family to make things for, then the Seasonal Collection in this issue will offer some inspiration. With our fun toys and decorations that include a super cool racetrack knitted play mat, crochet guitar and pretty bunting and toy storage.

We know many of you like to learn a new skill and in our regular Knitting and Crochet workshop pages we’ve Garter-stitch Entrelac, and a super easy Potholder project to make with this technique. Plus, there’s Filet Crochet and a pretty laundry bag, too.
