No one has forgotten the intense hidden-camera videos released by the Center for Medical Progress last year revealing Planned Parenthood executives treating dismembered babies like stockroom product to be sold for the best price.

Mary Gatter said, “I want a Lamborghini” while arguing for higher payments. Deborah Nucatola explained how she could salvage the body parts most desired: “We’ve been very good at getting heart, lung, liver, because we know that, so I’m not gonna crush that part, I’m gonna basically crush below, I’m gonna crush above, and I’m gonna see if I can get it all intact.”

Now the possibility is developing that more of those revealing statements ultimately will be released.

CMP has had additional videos all along but hasn’t been able to release them because of prior restraint on the organization’s free speech by a federal judge in California.

The judge responded to the demands of the National Abortion Federation, which wants its participation in the baby body parts trade, as documented in the videos, concealed from the public.

The issue was the subject of discussion recently at the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals.

The Thomas More Society asked the court to reverse a lower court’s order suspending the rights of CMP to speak about its videos or release them.

“The decision prevents [CMP chief David] Daleiden from publicizing any video showing National Abortion Federation activities, including alleged illegal ones. The ruling granted the National Abortion Federation a preliminary injunction, despite evidence of apparent wrongdoing in the videos,” the legal team said.

The lawyers argued that because a preliminary injunction is a court-ordered prior restraint on speech, it is prohibited by the First Amendment of the U.S. Constitution. They also said a private confidentiality agreement may “not be enforced to suppress publication of matters of great public interest.”

And they noted that NAF showed no irreparable harm, since the organization “regularly promotes its abortion activities, and any opposition to such is clearly protected by the Constitution’s guarantee of free expression.”

The Thomas More Society revealed the case involves videos that Daleiden has yet to release.

“Planned Parenthood and the National Abortion Federation are trying to suppress the freedom of the citizen press and the public’s right to know,” Daleiden said. “This is in order to keep clear evidence of their coordinated criminal sale of aborted baby body parts from being revealed.”

A coalition of 14 attorneys general already has asked that the videos be released – at least to law enforcement so they could determine what, if any, criminal activity was captured.

The impact of the videos already is significant. Several states have pursued options to defund Planned Parenthood, and congressional investigations have been launched.

A prosecutor in California is bringing a lawsuit against two companies that bought baby body parts from Planned Parenthood and allegedly resold them for massive profits.

Earlier, a criminal case brought against Daleiden by a “rogue” prosecutor over the videos collapsed.

The videos revealed Planned Parenthood executives explaining how they could adjust abortion procedures to save the body parts requested by the undercover videographers, who were posing as representatives of a company dealing in the trade of fetal tissue.

They also talked about how much money they wanted, with one executive infamously describing how she wanted a Lamborghini.

However, changing abortion procedures in such circumstances, as well as profiting from transactions, violates federal law.

WND reported that talk radio host Rush Limbaugh described the Texas indictments as a “rogue” prosecutor working with a “pro-abortion” staffer inside his own office.

“So all that has to happen is that your rogue prosecutor, working in concert with your pro-abortion activist in the DA’s office, get[s] in the grand jury room and start[s] explaining all this to the grand jury, which is made up of your average Hillary voter, for all we know,” he said at the time. “And you start explaining what really went on here. Here we have this great organization, Planned Parenthood, that’s trying to plan families and trying to protect women from the terrible, almost fatal disease of pregnancy, and here come these rogue agents disguised as journalists, but they don’t have immunity, and they’re the ones who’ve engaged in criminal activity,” he said.

In the first undercover video released by CMP, Deborah Nucatola of Planned Parenthood commented on crushing babies.

“We’ve been very good at getting heart, lung, liver, because we know that, so I’m not gonna crush that part, I’m gonna basically crush below, I’m gonna crush above, and I’m gonna see if I can get it all intact,” she said.
