One of the three authors of the startling book “What Women Really Want” says that what used to be feminism isn’t feminism any longer, it’s “sexualism.”

Politichick Ann-Marie Murrell joined talk show host Jamie Glazov recently to discuss the state of women in America.

Murrell had worked with Morgan Brittany and Gina Loudon to author the book, which reveals how conservative women can make their voices heard in the face of an oppressive liberal government.

She argues in the book that conservatives no longer can be the “silent majority” in the face of politics and the media.”

And she said while she’s happy to help any of her sisters who may be facing real discrimination, that’s largely not the case in today’s world.

“The Left kept telling us who we are,” she said. “Telling us we cared about $10 or free birth control. … So we decided to tell them what women really wanted, and it’s nothing to do with free birth control.”

She said American women who “kiss the ground they were blessed to be born on” … instead of facing life in Afghanistan or Nigeria.

While the campaign to make sure women are treated fairly is legitimate, she said, “Today’s feminism I like to call sexualism. … I will stand up for my sisters who are truly being discriminated against. But that’s usually not the case …

“Feminism today is … based on free birth control, free access to any kind of abortion they want, abortion on demand. That’s what they’re fighting for. I say women are worth a lot more than that.”

Murrell stipulates in the book that conservatives can no longer be the “silent majority” in the face of politics and the media: “We allowed too many small, subtle things … to go on unquestioned.”
