With great sorrow for the loss of a fire warrior and a friend to all, I must inform you that retired CAL FIRE Battalion Chief Don Cockrum, Sr. passed away Nov. 21st. Chief Cockrum retired about 1999 from his last post, ATGS, at the Hemet-Ryan Air Attack Base.
