ANNAPOLIS, Md. (AP) — A jury has acquitted a man of all charges in a shooting at an Odenton bar.

An Anne Arundel County Circuit Court jury on Friday found 25-year-old Raynard Boston of Annapolis not guilty of attempted first-degree murder and first-degree assault in the January shooting in which two men were hurt.

Boston’s public defender, William Davis, tells The Capital of Annapolis that police did a poor job investigating the incident.

The Jan. 19 shooting at My Place Bar and Lounge injured George “Dicky” Brown III, a bouncer, and Larry Dennis Jr., a customer.
