Education is Treasure which can neither be stolen nor appreciated by any one, it is one that which is increased as much as you share or gave to other. By this the name of my college is Invertis University which is one of the best leading universities. It offers a huge range of courses pertaining to different field of studies. My college was established in 1998 and now Invertis had grown immeasurable and intermediate and today it stands sky-high as a full-fledged university under its parasol. My college Invertis University is located in Bareilly on National Highway (NH-24), halfway country’s capital Delhi and Uttar Pradesh’s capital Lucknow. It is an attractive and elegant destination for the students for the academic powers and also for the hostelic facilities and development and studying in the world class greenery learning environment. My college Invertis University believes in determining a teacher’s success by calibrating the success their student consummate and in order to assure these success, the faculty is athletics and vigorous team of well- educated, creative and copious individuals made it, who came from prominent institutions such as IIT and IIM. The teaching approach and technique adopted by Invertis is based on Learning Beyond the academics and upping of the student through ardor from the faculty, auspicious from the management and alumni and the way of direction of the life through career shaping.
The Invertis University is often called as Invertis Village as here all of the members lives as a invertis family and it is made on very ample area which comprises of many buildings as the engineering and technical building (T-Block), the management block (M- Block), library, the administrative block, The Seminar and the lab block, the mechanical block, the computer block, the very beautiful Cafeteria, the enormous and whopping auditorium (audy), and the very new and extravagant university block. These all are for college environment and for living and staying environment the hostel facilities are also for student and guest rooms are also available.
The mission of my college is “to provide good quality education for all the deserving students and caste creed gender or money and present real projection of education as a guiding torch for the development of human society” and the vision of life of my college is “to groom professional of caliber and competence who will bring about qualitative change to the nation through contributors”.
Invertis University is comprised of 8 institutes under its umbrella which are Invertis Institute of Engineering and Technology, Invertis Institute of Computer Application, Invertis Institute of Management Studies, Invertis Institute of Pharmacy, Invertis Institute of law, Invertis Institute of Architecture, Invertis Institute of Journalism and Mass Communication and Invertis Institute of Humanities and Applied Science. These all are the institutes which offer different courses in their individual buildings.
The Invertis Institute of Engineering and Technology consists of engineering courses running in it and courses offered and Bachelors of technology and Masters of technology i.e. B-tech and M-tech respectively under which different field branches are present as Computer science engineering, Civil Engineering, Electronics and communication engineering, Electrical engineering, Electrical and electronics engineering, Electronics and Instrumentation, Mechanical engineering etc. , This year this institutes consists of students more than 3000 including all the branch fields in engineering. The faculties in this institute are athletics and vigorous team of well- educated, creative and copious individuals made it, who are very talented and extravagant, who put all the efforts to teach the students to know the best of the knowledge for their understanding and successful future and shows the path to student for getting and completing the aim of the life.
Invertis Institute of law is for the future lawyer. They are seen the future advocate of India so they are teached like that only. The law department consists of the lawyer court also in which the students respective to that courses are teached how to be in court and how to say or speak in front of judge and all for make their mind sharp and to increase the catching power.
Invertis Institute of Architecture comprises the field of architecture which is established in September 2011,the course duration of five years in which students are teached and trained well in the architecturing. In order to furnish to ever increasing demand for architectural professionals in the Bareilly region which has a rich cultural and historical background, region is witnessing tremendous growth in all sectors be it academics, infrastructure, real estate, small scale crafts industry, medical & hospitality.
Invertis Institute of Journalism and Mass Communication is the field of repotering and media which is taught also by doing practically in the fest or the event which is organized in the college.
Invertis Institute of Computer and Applications consists of the branches of computer such as BCA, MCA, BSc, MSc etc. In this the programming languages and the knowledge related to computer and its application is given at its best.
As we have already named the different blocks and building of this era. Invertis has set up various state-of-art Laboratories meant for practicals in different subjects. Our Physics, Chemistry and Engineering Labs are fully equipped with the latest equipments and instruments for experiments in the subjects. There is a big drawing hall with latest prescribed drawing boards to facilitate students work with least fatigue and maximum ease. The mechanical building consists of all these labs and engineering and drawing labs which is the particle subject in the engineering It consists of the manufacturing lab (sheet metal lab), physics lab and also the chemistry lab where practicals are done by the students in their respective lectures. Here all apparatus and materials are present which is acquired during the practical. The required workshops namely Carpentry Shop, Welding Shop, Smith Shop, Sheet Metal Shop and Machine Shops are equipped with Milling, Turning, Shaping, WC Machines & UPM Machines.
( The manufacturing lab teaches us the basic knowledge of manufacturing of job which is made of iron, moulding, the soldering, the welding, the cutting, the filing, etc. which a student or the engineer should know).The next to this building is the computer block in which many computer labs are there for practical lecture. Invertis has 1,000 computer systems with latest hardware and software. The institute has placed 10 high-end servers, indigenously developed LAN Clients Win 7, XP and Linux Bases, which get authenticated and use resources of the network servers.
Computer centre is equipped with latest technology and trends. Here 24 hours Net facility is present during college hours and also after the college hours for the hostlers. This contains of the Professional communication lab also in which students who they are weak in English can improve their knowledge by self-practicing or by taking the help from the faculties. In this lab the self-voice recording is available by which you can know your mistakes either grammatical or the pronunciations by keeping listing again and again and by listening it again and again.
The seminar block consists of many labs of engineering and Science student’s physics and chemistry lab. This consists of the communication lab, microwave lab, microprocessing lab, digital signal processing lab, project lab, for civil lab, integrating circuit lab, etc. and all these labs consists of all the apparatus and the electronics kits that is used in doing the practicals. Each lab is under individual lab assistant who also teaches us and each practical lab lecture is always under one of the faculty who is teaching us. They teaches us in the practical way so that we acquire the knowledge and know the practical aspects, concepts and the knowledge for the future.
There are two seminars in this block at ground floor which is very big and for sitting it sofas and couches are there in large amount. Here it is reserved for the meetings, the events, the interviews, academic fest, and for the guest lectures. The inner area is so cool and admiring as air coolers are also there which makes the environment of seminar so enthusiasm and learning.
The auditorium is very large and extravagant and it is of two floors having nice tilting sofas and a very big stage where performance is done. It contains of colorful lights and focus lights, many air coolers, and admiring environment. Also every Saturday movie is run for the hostlers in the evening for their entertainment and masti.
The hostels facilities are present hare for both boys and girls and there are total 7 hostels i.e. 3 hostels for girls and 4 hostels for boys. The hostel environment is too good and excellent greenery environment. All the facilities are present including meal, exercise. Television, internet 24 hours, water 24 hours, the zim facility, for playing outdoor games, walking path, etc. ,In mess 4 times meal is given including the evening one refreshments.
The mess for boys and girls are different so there is no chance for rush and it runs at its own specified time. Whereas for the days scholars i.e. who lives outside the invertis campus for them there is buses facilities form home to college in morning or college to home in evening and buses many in numbers around 50 which runs at its schedule time also when students need.
My college is based on the anti-ragging policy as it says that ragging is a punishable offence and Invertis University and can lead to serve punishment or even expulsion”. As here in the campus or out of the campus if any student is found to be ragging or any information is get then that student is suspended from the college or action will be taken against them. These responsibilities of ragging and the discipline are handed to the Proctorial board of members. As Invertis University is known best for the discipline so here discipline is maintained strictly. They have responsibilities to see the students to attend the class and to maintain the attendance and the decorum of the class by checking them to be in uniform and to make follow them the university rules.
Invertis has already started its placement of MBA 2014-2015 batch with well reputed recruiters like Stellent Suse Technotics, Clear Path Technology, ICICI Bank, Hopes Manpower, Bharti Axa Life Insurance , Priya Gold and many more are yet to come.
The Thirteenth batch of MBA which passed out in 2014 has 100% placement through the “Campus Placement Programme” with reputed companies like Reliance Communication, Lupin, YesBank, India Bulls, HDFC Bank, TCI, Ruva, Reliance Retail, Bajaj Allianz, GET IT, Damilano, HCLTech Bserv, India Mart Intermesh, Usha International, Airtel, Trace HR Solutions, Better Option Prop mart, Ginger Jobs, Muthoot Finance, Policy Bazaar, Kotak Bank Tata AIG, Bharti Axa Life Insurance, SMC Global, Indian Infoline, Addmarc etc.
For our B. Tech. and MCA batch 2013-14, we have already started placement in companies like Stellent Suse Technotics, Synergy Technology, Indian Army, Indian Navy, GRS Technology, Q A Infotech, Unit Nexus Pvt Ltd, and many more are yet to come.
For our B. Tech. and MCA 2015 batch, we had companies like Infosys, Wipro, Mphasis, Syntel, Oracle, Technosys Services, JK technosoft, Compro , Genpact, HCL , Bserv, Airtel DTH, Girnar Technologies, Foregsight Group, Hungama .com, Innodata, Yogaan Technology, Tridat, Efleet, Citrix, Blackrock, Synchro Tech, Enbake Consulting, FNC Technologies, Tally Solutions, IBM, Robert Bosch, Innox Apps, Statcon Power Controls Ltd.
The cafeteria is very good in this premises which is opened till the 9 pm. Here the café is very good and located at very good greenery environment outside and stairs are there for sitting too. Inside the café it is of two floors and everything is available whatever you want to eat. The inside contains the chairs and the tables for sitting with AC available too. At night the Café looks so beautiful like a heaven.
The university consists of the very big lawns and grounds which consists of small grasses which is cut time to time. The whole village is greenery which aspires students for studying and fresh feel which freshen students mind for the whole day till college hours.
In the morning for the hostler’s students there is a facility for yoga by a yoga teacher, who teaches the yoga and the meditation and also the exercises as well. Where as in the evening dance class is arranged for girls those who want to dance. All these activities are of free of cost. And for boys there are exercise and zim equipments and also for both boys and girls there are facilities for playing outdoor games such as basket- ball, volleyball, cricket, badminton etc.
Achievements of my college- My college had gained many success, achievement and awards:- Invertis University had been awarded for the National education award 2014 for the outstanding B-School and Engineering University. It has been awarded as Brand Academy Education Excellence award for most promising upcoming university in Uttarpradesh. 80E Global education award was given for outstanding university careers 360 for one of the best engineering and management colleges and ranked A+++B- School. It has achieved Indian Achieves Podium Best Emerging University of North India. Bharat Siksha Ratan velidicted by GAF Delhi. By Business Survey India ranked A+ among Top B- Schools. Poineer gave 4.2 stars on ranking.
Now something about events and fests. Events always are done regarding the academic fest or the cultural fest. The recent was the convocation ceremony 2015. On 14th April 2015 Invertis University organized the Convocation ceremony. On this esteemed and great event around 300 students from BBA, LLM, BCA, MBA, M-Pharma and Mass communication were present with their graduation degrees.
In Invertis University the cultural fest is celebrated, Invertia, It is the old tradition of the invertis to come live once again as it is the annual fest of the college which is organized every year and whole invertians wait for this Invertia. This year too it was organized as INVERTIA- 2015 and the theme was “Youngistan- Be Iconic”. This is the main festival of our invertis village and therefore it is celebrated and organized as a grand event. In this the student performs the cultural performance which highlights their creativity, their art, their talent, performance, enthusiasm etc. are seen those who participate.
This fest is for full of masti and entertainment Mr. and Miss. Invertia contest which is based on theme. After which faculty dance is performed by the faculties and the member of our college and the students seeing this dance only on their places in the auditorium and the whole audy sounds. This is a fest which is full of energetic. As mostly it is of three days so the last last stars performance is there called as star night. The stars are called by the Chancellor sir which includes the tv stars, singer, comedians, dancers which continue till the mid night where students dances and sings in the university ground where this has been arranged. So this makes a lot of fun and entertainment in invertia fest.
The academic fest in invertis is also organized named as LAKSHYA. Lakshya is also organized each year which is based on the practical work, the talent and the skills etc. related to the studies. In this fest we learn something new and admiring. It targets the innovative ideas and the engineers master mindby giving a new thinking using innovations and cutting-edge technology.
Recently student and faculty exchange program was there in which students from USA were came. Delight to share that under International student exchange program, students and faculty(7+1) from LIVINGSTONE college, Salisbury, N.C. , U.S.A. came at Invertis University and lived here for about one month and they like the college, its student and our India very much.
Recently about two months ago on 4th February 2015 felicitation program was organized in college for the stars performers of the year for 2013-14 year. In which medals where given to the three rank holders of their respective courses and their parent too were invited. The chancellor gave them the warm greeting and well wishes to the student to continue this in future also and for a bright future.Every year Quizzomania is also organised by the college which is a intercollege fest in which different colleges participate from different places. And the rank holder of the final round is given the price money as a reward.
Now the upcoming event the HR CONCLAVE 2015 which is also organized every year. In this year it is on 25th April 2015 organizing by Invertis on “Every issues in HUMAN Resources”. This event is that which is organised by the Invertis annually with an objective to create a platform for industry academic interface and to keep us abreast with the current changes in the industry and the academic. It provides an opportunity to learn about new trend in the industry and its requirement from the academic institution. The deliberation will largly focus on the following subtheme – change and corporate reaction.
That’s the reason my college is best among all the colleges in Bareilly.
